6, compared with the stepper motor and the previous servo motor drive system, ASD series AC servo system has the following advantages:

(1) The servo motor has its own encoder, the position signal is fed back to the servo driver, and the open loop position controller constitutes a semi-closed loop control system.

(2) Advanced digital control algorithm can achieve accurate digital control of torque, speed and position.

(3) The speed regulation ratio is 1:500, and it has stable torque characteristics from low speed to high speed.

(4) The maximum speed of the servo motor can reach 5000rpm, and the rotation positioning accuracy is as high as 1/10000r.

(5) By modifying the parameters, the working mode and operating characteristics of the servo system can be properly set to adapt to different requirements.
